Death of the PoetDear poetry,
This is your challenge,
my eternal chore,
to restate the truth
like never before-
but I’m imperfect
at my very core
and hypocrisy
is what I abhor
so you may expect
my work to be poor
enough for me to
be crushed into gore
with failed attempts
to take wing and soar
when all I wanted
was something much more
than emptiness and
inherited war
and pointless details
of imagined lore
which most of us tend
to simply ignore
at the piercing sound
of a lion’s roar
or the convenience
of a nearby store…
what am I truly
writing these words for?
Let’s merely pretend
that this isn’t me
but the voice of God
or L. Ron Hubbard
or whoever you
wish for it to be
since facts remain facts
no matter the source,
no matter the cause,
since the trustworthy
are also humans
prone to failure;
so prone to a fault
that we hold dearly-
the sum of our faith
measured in dollars-
rewarded by credit
and paper money…
for some odd reason

Twists of KarmaPampered, pretty, skinny, spoiled
A princess in her castle of fear
Holds all other's plans lox and foiled

Struts her feathers in others faces
She's headed straight for hell
Steps on them with different clothes from different races

She's lost in herself
She lays in her mounds of riches
We will see how she stands in front of God himself

Breaking other's hearts, tearing out their souls
Snapping their bones, killing their spirit
Using them as mindless tools

Someday she will find herself dead
And then where will she be?

Robin HoodHe had been warned. Several times. He ignored them every time. He was going to get his presentation. He didn't care about some "girl on the roof".
The presentation was going perfectly. Just his final point remained. The world was silent, waiting with anticipation. Waiting to here what the one who ignored "the girl on the roof" had to say.
"Thank you, ladies and gentlemen! I only have one more thing to say."
"Friar Tuck, Little John has defeated The Sheriff of Nottingham."
"I was threatened by that terrorist, 'the girl on the roof'. Whoever that is threatened to end my career and tarnish my reputation. Well, I appear to be going just fine!" The crowd laughs.
"Does Robin Hood have Prince John is range?"
"Aye, Friar."
"Excellent."
"Well, let's see how brave this coward is! Go ahead! I'm wide open!" He opens up his arms wide. The crowd erupts with murmurs of worry.
"Robin, save the throne."
"Come on! Show yourself! Prove you-"
"Sir!"
"One moment," he turns to his adviser, who wRobin Hood by ~justfireheart13

The ListShe has a list.

She has a long, long list, spanning many pages in her notebook. There are pages upon pages, coated in a messy scrawl of blue gel ink that varies in freshness from hours to years.

Every night, she adds to it. Every night, religiously, ever since she can remember. She has to stay up as long as it takes to add whatever she can recall to her list, no matter how tired or how busy she is. If one were to happen past her house on any particular night, odds are the light would be shining brightly as she frantically scribbled in her notebook.

Her list is precious to her. She isn't proud of it, but she needs it with her always.

Only OnceThey all told me, all it would take was once. Only once to end my saftey. Only once to end my peace, happiness, prosperity.
The temptation was too strong though. It was already in my hand, the old rusty shovel. A statement for the greater good, maybee if they killed me for this, everyone else ould see how our society really was, without all the tape and wrapping paper that keep the public happy.
Right there in my hand, one symbol. One chance. Once.
I had so much to lose though. My wife, my two young children, my pets. Would it be even more of a statemement though, even stronger a bite? I knew they would take me no matter what the situation.

For HummingBird LullibiesShe sits on the curb, tears run down her bumpy red face. Awkward long legs curled on the pavement, long dirty blond hair tangled and swaying in the breeze. Skirt clinging to het scrawny legs, necklace broken on the ground. She sits beside a stained backpack and a dirty lunchbox.
She stops, sits up tall.
Words leave her mouth, too quiet for anyone to hear exept herself. They were not just any ordinary words, however, they were words her mother would always say to her whenever she felt sad.
She would feel empowered every time she heard them, or felt the rythm slip off her fragile lips. They gave her strenghth, they gave a feeling of adreniline,For HummingBird Lullibies by =literature-lover

Last time on "The Girl of Minecraftia"...
MOOOOO!
"Frankie!"
"Wha.. I just fed the cannibal mushroom his babies, no biggie."
"Do you think she put mushrooms in our stew?"
"Yeah."
"Drama?"
"Y... Yeah?"
"Did we just have sex?"
They lay on the bed, looking at each other, horrified.
"I... I think so..." They quickly rush and put their clothes on.
"If the chief finds out, we'll get kicked out for sure!!"
"That's why we don't tell him."
"But Drama, if you get preg-"
"Then we'll tell him that Frankie made us high today and that we weren't thinking about what we were doing! I'm sure he'll understand."
"You never know Drama! I mean have you seen his actions lately? He's crazy!"
"SSSSHHHH! He might hear you!"
"sorry," Death whispers. "i'm just kinda freaked out, ok?"
"its ok."
They look at each other before Death speaks again.
"Drama?"
"Yeah?"
"Do... do you like me? Like more than friends?" There is a pause before Drama answers him.
"Why did you ask me that?"

Chapter 5
Death, Drama, and the high and jittery teenage girl that interrupted them, walk to the rest of the hunters to get some food for everyone.
"AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!" The teenage girl laughs for no reason before she dances around randomly.
The chief is pissed. "Get Frankie out of here! And make her not addicted to mushrooms!" Two of the weakest fighters drag her away as she babbles nonsense that nobody understands. "OK everyone, we have no more time to waste. Lets get our dinner for tonight!" They go to an empty field while they look at cows from far away. "These cows are perfect! But lets not kill them yet... lets bring them to our village and breed them, then we kill the older cows." The villagers wrestle them and bring them to the village on leashes made of rope. Snowy the wolf leads the way as the cows follow her.
"Good job Snowy." Drama hands her a treat as Snowy eats it with joy.
"Woof!"

"Hey. Hey Drama. Hey. Hey. Hey. Hey."
"What Death?" Drama looks up from her sketchbook as she draws the new world they have discovered. "Whatchya drawin' there?"
"This world... I... I never knew it was so... so good."
"Heh... we never knew anything else existed until..." Death looks down as he sees part of the blown up village. "Until they came."
Drama looks at the same part of the drawing. "I was so stupid... I had one chance to leave the village and I blew it!"
FLASHBACK
"Drama, its almost time for your outside training!" A young ten year old Drama runs out of the house, sword in hand. "Whoa! Easy there tiger! You gotta be careful with that."
"Yes Daddy." Drama clutches the wooden sword in her hand. They go up to some stuffed figurines of mobs as a young twelve year old Death runs up next to them with some other kids.

DominanceAs my fifteenth piece i attempted to talk about Dominance:

I understand the strong stand point of, you're strong or you die, you're intelligent or you fail, you dominate or be dominated, true or not, it Is something we should try to overcome, we are no longer roaming animals fighting viciously for our own survival, nor am I suggesting a hippie state, because personally I think that would be a terrible Idea.

Love and hate has its places, when a man dominates another it makes him correct, whether or not he actually is, what he says and does is seen and judged as correct and that is harmful.

The Message Book PT1I crouch in my desk, adjusting my klunky red glasses as my nose becomes more and more a part of this book. I always rush to finish the tests early, just so I can read. My eyes run from letter to letter, word to word, sentance to sentance, paragraph to paragraph, page to page. I just started this book, but soon it'll be done and I'll be ready for the next. Over the 4 years I've been here, I've devoured nearly all the library's books, but this one is new to the school. It's entitled "Last Flame," and whoever had it last used it pretty thuroghly.
Some of the pages are torn, others are smudged, but by far the most inferesting thing I've found in The Message Book PT1 by =literature-lover

Writing Prompt 1As a leaf a few weeks away I know something is coming. That something is Fall. I fell sad knowing that this tree I have being hanging on my enter life. I will soon have to let go of for the sake of nature, and for the sake of this seasons coming that I cannot stop. I know that my worst fear will be realized.

I will change from a healthy green color, to a yellow-orange. I will then slowly fall off of the tree, descending towards the dirt below me. Once this happens I understand that my life will soon end. It's been a good yet short life. Fall is the beginning of the end for all leafs.

Hello everyone, I hope you're having a great time writing!

I had this idea a while back and I have decided to get my lazt bum in gear and put it into action! Which of you wonderful people has a birthday next month? Well, if you do, I will be creating a folder specially for that. Sounds pointless, right? Wrong! I will read all the pieces in said folder, and five of you get to spend you're entire birthday month chilling in the feature folder. I will be setting up the folder tonight, and if you have any questions/comments/opinions, please feel free to comment. Oh, and it doesn't matter if you've written a chapter book/poem/short story, anything and all things will be read and reviewed for the folder. :3

Next up, it's time for another folder clean up! If you find that the folders are shut down and you are unable to submit your work, I am mostly likely going through the folder in question. Feel free to message me through note/comment *more likely to get a hold of me if you message me on my page* and I will tell you when that folder will be ready for use. If you're lovely piece of work is removed from the folder, feel free to re-upload it! I have no problem with that at all.

Sorry,gonna redo Hiro again but this time in a more bookly way so it can look like an actual book.Also it will be in chapters now.I noticed not all my readers look at the art I have so they won't realy know what characters look like and such so I'm going to improve that.The chapters will be lonfer but more worth it.Hopefully.Sorry for the inconvinience!

Fianly done,Hiro is now updated,edited,and[Sort of] extended.Now it is not only showing more detail than before,but showing alot more story than before.Now characters will intereact,become best friends,fall in love,monsters will have a story,and much much more.I will resend the series asap if you're ok with that
